OUR SALON
- We have undertaken a thorough review of our salon and the services that we offer
- We have rearranged our waiting, reception and treatment areas to adhere to social distancing guidelines
- A deep clean has been conducted prior to reopening the salon
- All surfaces throughout the salon will be cleaned regularly and wiped with appropriate cleaning product between each treatment
- All items of equipment used will be cleaned before and after every treatment.
- One use disposable items will be used where necessary
- We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with windows open where possible
- An extensive deep clean of the salon will be carried out at the end of each day
OUR TEAM
- We have conducted training to ensure all team members care for our customers in a safe, hygienic and professional manner
- We have agreed on social distancing for our team in communal staff areas
- Staff are briefed to uphold safe standards while dealing with responsibilities at reception
- Our team will wear visors, gloves and other personal protective equipment during treatments where required
- Staff will wash their hands before and after every treatment
Personal protective equipment will be replaced or appropriately cleaned after every treatment[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]GUEST ARRIVAL & RECEPTION
- We will greet you warmly but without a handshake or personal contact
- we will clean the reception area regularly throughout the day
- Where possible we will escort you straight to the treatment area to avoid congestion in waiting areas
- Waiting areas have been arranged to adhere to social distancing
WE ASK YOU, OUR CUSTOMERS
- To arrive at the appointment time agreed to help ensure social distancing
- To wash your hands and/or use hand sanitiser as directed by our team and before your treatment
- To not be late for appointments as we may not be able to carry out your treatment
- To bring minimal personal belongings into the salon
- You may wear a face mask if you desire, but this is not a compulsory measure enforced within Government guidelines. You will need to bring your own mask to appointment
- To provide at least 48 hours notification of any cancellations. Failure to do so could lead to a 50% treatment charge
- Do not come to the salon if you or anyone you live with is self-isolating or is displaying symptoms known to be consistent with Covid-19
