Hannah is our general manager and senior beauty therapist at Hidden Secret and has been with us from the very beginning. Alongside her other diplomas such as reflexology, she has now trained in NVQ level 4 becoming a laser aesthetician. Her favourite treatments are facials as she likes to analyse the skin and work out a skin care plan for them, and is now excited to combine this with the laser rejuvenating treatments.
Nikki is our senior stylist, she has been with us from the start and has 19 years experience in the hair industry. Working with L’Oréal and fabriq. Nikki enjoys making her clients feel good from start to finish at every appointment. Her favourite parts of her job are colouring and cutting services and learning new techniques
Ivett trained in Hungary where she worked in multiple salons. She then worked in the UK to get more experience and get more qualifications to be able to deliver the best service for her clients. She says “My favourite thing in the industry is the always changing trends and being up to date. I’m passionate about blond hair colours and different highlight techniques.” Ivett has 10 years experience with hair extensions with different brands and techniques; and she qualified at Hidden secret in 2023 with Great lengths hair extensions (keratin bond and tape in)
Ellie is our receptionist/salon assistant at Hidden secret. She is an organised individual who is there to help the daily running of the salon; there to greet the clients and help the staff with every day activities. She says “ I have a passion for the hair and beauty industry and one day would love to train to be a stylist.”

Samantha is one of our beauty therapists at Hidden Secret and has been in the industry for 16 years. Samantha says “ I have a passion for this industry and helping people with their skin and overall well being.” Samantha holds a Diploma In Heath and Skincare in South Africa and has recently moved here to try something different and to see what the industry holds in the UK.

Caroline is a stylist at Hidden Secret and brings with her 9 years of experience in the industry. She has a passion for creating beautiful, bespoke hair and specialises in balayage, blonde, and lived-in colour. Caroline loves crafting personalised looks that enhance each client’s individuality.Caroline says, “I’m passionate about creating colour that not only looks amazing but also accentuates a client’s personality and makes them smile.”
